Our 2018 survey aims to provide actionable information, concerning Email Marketing and SMS Marketing consumer behaviour. The statistics and findings are solely concerned with Email Marketing and SMS Marketing for business services and not general email or text messaging.
Based on the views of a representative sample of 200 UK-based consumers, this survey was conducted in March 2018 with a consumer panel. 79% of the sample were employed, whilst 21% of the sample were self employed.
