We're excited to announce that we have a brand-new feature that is available for you to use. The new landing page survey tool allows you to create a unique page that asks your customers a series of different questions. The page is then included in your SMS campaigns in the form of an automatically generated short URL link. This provides you with a quick and easy way to interact with your customers and you can ask multiple questions that are all part of the same landing page, with extra pages available if required. Additionally, questions can be asked in either multiple-choice format or single and multi-line text form, which is great if you require more detail.
The primary use of landing page surveys is to collect customer feedback. This will allow you to determine customer satisfaction on things such as product quality, delivery speed, customer service and more. You also have an opportunity to ask your customers for recommendations for the future. The responses that you receive can then be evaluated and you can use them to make improvements based on your findings. The second way that landing page surveys can be used is for competition entries. This is only required when you need participants to submit essential information. For example, you could use the landing page surveys to ask competition entries to answer a question and then include a multi-line text question that requires entrants to submit their contact details.
There are several tasks that you will need to complete before you can send your first landing page survey. Don't worry though, once you've done it once then you'll quickly get the hang of it. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started:
1 - Log into your account and click "Landing Pages/Surveys" on the top menu, then select "View All Pages", followed by "Add New Landing Page".
2 - You will then need to click "Edit" on the new landing page that appears.
3 - When you arrive on the landing page builder, you will see four sections on the left side of the page. Firstly, you will see "Text and Images" which allows you to describe your landing page. After this, you can add any questions, which fall under "Survey". Here are the four different options you can use:
4 - Once you have created your survey, you can then edit the layout with the "Flow" and "Other" features. These tools are for design purposes only and will not change your text:
5 - Name your page(s). This is done at the top of the page and will help you differentiate the content on each page. You can then re-order your surveys at the bottom of the page if required.
6 - Your landing page survey is now complete! Click the yellow "Update Preview" and "Save" buttons in the top right. You can then check out a preview using "View Landing Page". Please note that the "View Landing Page" button will not update in real-time and you need to click the update preview first.
7 - Time to send your survey. Go back to the main landing page survey page by clicking "Landing Pages/Surveys" at the top and then "View All Pages". You will find your new survey on this page. You can send your survey by clicking simple send or advanced send. You can also generate a short URL and access your results on this page.
